行動しか生まない事のほうが少なくないはず。
ではマンネリはどうしたら
脱出できるのだろうか？
答えは小さな変化にある。
例えば、出勤時間を少し変えてみるとか、
出勤経路を変えてみる。出勤方法を車から
電車に変えてみる。
その少しの変化が及ぼす効果は
脳にとってなかなかの刺激になるらしい。
少しの変化で良いから挑戦してみよう。
